Refund requests must be submitted by email before 3rd session skated.

 

Make-up sessions or refunds are not available for missed sessions in any program.

 

All non-refundable fees, including credit card fees, are applied per skater withdrawing. 

 

Refunds will be made by cheque and not by initial payment method.
